The Fix was started by Victoria, a passionate baker whose story is one of grace, grit, and second chances. Diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at birth, she spent years in and out of hospitals, fighting for every breath and holding on to hope. Her journey led to a double lung transplant, a gift that completely changed her life.

During her hospital stays, Victoria found comfort and inspiration in baking shows. She did not yet have the strength to bake, but the joy and creativity she saw gave her hope for the future. After her transplant, when she was finally strong enough to stand in a kitchen again, she promised herself she would pursue her love for baking and use it to bring light to others facing hard seasons.

That is how The Fix was born out of gratitude, faith, and a desire to give back. Today, The Fix is more than sweets. Every dessert carries a story of resilience and hope. A portion of proceeds supports scholarships for individuals and families affected by illness or disability, helping them continue to dream through higher education, trade school, or other paths.

Victoria often says, "I am living proof that God can take broken things and make them beautiful again." Through The Fix, she hopes to do the same, reminding others that even in the hardest seasons, your story still matters and your dreams are worth chasing.
